Viewpoints of Barcelona

Barcelona offers you countless unique buildings affording amazing panoramic views of the city. Landmarks and viewing spots dating back more than 100 years, including the Columbus Monument, and other, more recent ones, like the Collserola Tower, that have become one of the city’s new architectural icons.

Barcelona also has innumerable natural viewing spots. To the north, the city stretches as far as the Collserola Ridge, with its iconic mountain, Tibidabo, standing 575 metres above sea level. Overlooking the sea, and guarding the area of the port, the well-known outline of Mount Montjuïc rises up 177 metres. And between the Mediterranean and Collserola you’ll find a series of hills. So you can admire Barcelona from a variety of belvederes overlooking different parts of the city and get a full set of photos of its spectacular panoramic views.
