Gastronomy and stars once again take a leading role at the Fabra Observatory in Barcelona's summer nights. An original suggestion that combines scientific dissemination and astronomic observation with gastronomy, at one of the most privileged viewpoints of the city of Barcelona.
After enjoying a menu designed specially for the occasion, a 30 minutes scientific dissemination conference will reveal you the mysteries of the universe and will invite you to discover the museum, through the Noucentist room and the telescope, to the large dome, which preserves original elements. From the dome you will be able to observe distant constellations, stars and a large part of the solar system, with a telescope from 1904. This is one of the largest and oldest telescopes still in use in Europe.
These summer nights in Barcelona fill once again with cinema through Pantalla Pavelló, a cycle projecting films directly onto the travertine of the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion. The built environment and its boundaries become a stage for reflection on architecture, the city, and its inhabitants. Palau Güell is celebrating the new edition of Evenings at Palau Güell. This has become a very special and unique event of summer evenings in Barcelona. The evenings will take place on the magical, incomparable terrace. This was where for the first time the architect Antoni Gaudí conceived chimneys as architectural sculptures. A band will be perform every evening with a special, unique style. Depending on the evening, music will range from the most classical jazz to musical styles like the soul, bossa nova or RnB.
The festival of the Gràcia district is one of the most celebrated festivals during August in Barcelona. One of Barcelona's summer classics returns: the Barcelona Night Tour. A night-time journey on a tourist bus offering the chance to view the city from a new perspective, with its most iconic buildings beautifully illuminated.

The Circuit Festival is the biggest international LGBTIQ+ festival. Created in 2008 by the Matinée Group, each year brings with it over a week of clubbing, leisure activities and holidays that turn Barcelona into the summer's international gay capital. There are a variety of different activities to enjoy, such as pool parties, the Water Park Day, DJ sets and performances by famous artists on the gay scene and club nights. An event which just cannot be missed and which emphasizes the city's commitment to the LGBTIQ+ community.
