Parc Natural de l'Alt Pirineu
Straddling the counties of Pallars Sobirà and Alt Urgell, this is the largest natural park in Catalonia. Here you'll be able to admire some of the highest mountains in the Pyrenees, such as the Pica d'Estats (3,143 m), which is known as the ceiling of Catalonia, and watch large mammals, such as roe deer, stag and buck, and birds of prey, including the griffon vulture, bearded vulture and golden eagle. And, of course, you can enjoy your favourite nature sports and leisure activities.
